International Women’s Day is celebrated annually on March 8, and Boxing Ontario would like to take this opportunity to honour the achievements of women who advance the conversation of gender equality.
There are countless female athletes, coaches, officials, and leaders – past and present – in the Boxing Ontario community who are challenging gender bias and inequality, celebrating women’s achievements, providing mentorship, creating an inclusive world, trailblazing and developing opportunities for women and all genders, and so much more.
